Wire-free commercial mowing for compact professional sites
The Husqvarna Automower® 540 EPOS® is designed for commercial turf areas where dependable daily cutting, flexible boundaries and straightforward maintenance matter. It is ideal for smaller parks, roundabouts, corporate grounds, municipal spaces and other tighter professional sites.
Satellite correction data can be received through the Husqvarna Cloud at no additional cost, provided the site has a constant mobile-network connection. Where cellular coverage is limited, an EPOS® RS5 or EPOS® RS 4G reference station is required.
Commercial capacity and finish
The mower covers up to 8,000 m² using the Standard 48-hour operating profile, or up to 4,000 m² where the Sports 24-hour profile is required.

What type of site is the Automower® 540 EPOS® designed for?
It is intended for smaller commercial turf sites such as parks, roundabouts, corporate grounds, municipal areas and tighter public spaces where high-quality, frequent mowing is required.
What area can the 540 EPOS cover?
It covers up to 8,000 m² using the Standard 48 profile, or up to 4,000 m² using the Sports 24 profile.
Does it need a physical boundary wire?
No perimeter wire is required. Husqvarna EPOS® uses satellite-based virtual boundaries, work areas and transport paths that can be adjusted digitally.
Is a reference station included?
No. The mower can receive satellite correction data through the Husqvarna Cloud where constant mobile coverage is available. Sites with limited cellular coverage require an EPOS® RS5 or EPOS® RS 4G reference station.
Does the mower include AI vision?
No. The mower includes radar object detection and is ready for the optional AI-assisted vision technology accessory, which is purchased separately.
How is the mower managed?
Husqvarna Fleet Services™ allows professional operators to monitor, control and analyse the mower remotely from a smartphone, tablet or computer.
Can G.MOW design and install the commercial system?
Yes. We can survey the site, assess satellite and cellular coverage, design work areas and transport paths, install the charging and correction-signal equipment, configure Fleet Services and provide ongoing support.
