Our repair process
Tell us the fault
Send us the error message, symptoms, mower model and a few photos if possible. WhatsApp is usually the quickest way.
Initial diagnosis
We identify whether the problem is likely to be the mower, charging station, power supply, boundary wire or installation setup.
Repair or workshop assessment
Some faults can be handled on site. Others are better assessed in the workshop, especially electrical, motor, battery or water damage issues.
Testing and advice
Once repaired, we test the mower and advise on anything that may prevent the issue returning.
Repair, service or replace?
Not every fault means a new mower. Many Automower issues can be repaired cost-effectively, especially cable breaks, charging problems and worn components. If a repair is not economical, we will tell you honestly and recommend the best next step.
Repair
Best for clear faults such as wire breaks, charging issues, wheel motor problems or damaged components.
Service
Ideal if the mower works but needs cleaning, blades, checks, software attention or seasonal maintenance.
Replace
If the mower is old, badly damaged or uneconomical to repair, we can advise on suitable replacement Automower models.
