The evolution of a bestseller
The Husqvarna Automower® 308V is ideal for small to medium-sized domestic gardens and lawns up to 800 m². It combines wire-free satellite positioning, app-based virtual boundaries and a built-in AI vision camera for reliable, flexible robotic lawn care.
For the standard cloud-based installation, Wi-Fi coverage is needed across the lawn together with the free Automower® Connect app. G.MOW can check suitability and advise on alternative connectivity or a reference station where needed.
Flexible zones from your phone
Create individual work areas, choose different settings and add temporary stay-out zones in the Automower® Connect app. Boundaries can be adjusted later as your garden changes.
AI vision and object avoidance
The built-in camera detects objects on the lawn and helps the mower avoid collisions. Vision technology also supports navigation in areas where the satellite signal is temporarily weaker, provided the mower can still see grass and maintain a usable position.
Choose the finish you prefer
Systematic mowing can produce stripes, checkerboard or triangular patterns across areas up to 800 m². Irregular mowing is available for a softer, carpet-like finish across areas up to 500 m².

Frequently asked questions
Does the Automower® 308V need a boundary wire?
No physical perimeter wire is required for its standard virtual installation. The work areas and stay-out zones are created in Automower® Connect using satellite-based positioning.
Do I need Wi-Fi across the whole garden?
The standard cloud-based installation requires reliable Wi-Fi across the work area. Where coverage is unsuitable, G.MOW can advise on improving Wi-Fi, adding cellular connectivity or using a compatible reference station.
Will the AI vision features work at night?
The mower can continue operating after dark, but the camera-supported object avoidance and vision-supported navigation functions rely on suitable daylight.
Are images from the camera stored or shared?
The camera processes images inside the mower for navigation and object detection. They are not retained as photographs or shared as a live camera feed.
Can G.MOW install and set it up for me?
Yes. We can assess the garden, install and position the charging station, create the virtual map, configure zones and settings, then demonstrate the mower and app.
